Q: When do I pay for my golf car rental?
A: When we call to confirm your reservation, we will need to collect the $50 non-refundable reservation fee via credit card. Then you can elect to pay the balance via cash at pick up, mailing a check prior to rental, or credit card. Credit Card payments for the balance due are not charged until the week of May 10th-14th.


Q: When do I get my rental golf car?
A: We will be onsite to check out golf cars Friday, May 21st 10am-7pm, Sat. May 22nd 10am-5pm, and Sunday May 23rd 10am-1pm. You must pick up your rental during this time or call prior to make special arrangements with us.

Q: Where do I pick up my rental golf car from?
A: Follow the golf car signs from the main entrance. We will be down the hill in the large parking lot on the left side. It is across from the Expo Center. Q: Will I receive a gas or an electric rental golf car?
A: Most of the rental golf cars are gas. However, there are a small percentage of electric cars. The electric cars do not take gas, they will come with a charger to plug them in with when they are not in use.

Q: Will my golf car have headlights?
A: Most of the rental golf cars do have headlights. However, some do not.

Q: Where do I get gas for my golf car during the week?
A: If you should need gas during the week you will need a gas can and go across the street to the gas station.

Q: What if my golf car breaks down during the week, what do I do?
A: That is not a problem. We bring a few spare cars for major break downs. We will also have a mechanic on-site for the duration of the rental. At the time of pick up you will receive an information page with the mechanic’s cell phone number.


Q: What if I change my mind about the type of car I reserved when I get there to pick it up?
A: We strive to accommodate everyone’s needs. Unfortunately, we have limited quantities of each car available. If there are cars available on the day of the check-out, we can exchange it. However, if there are not, we will have a waiting list to try and accommodate you as best as possible.

Q: Can I bring my own golf car or similar type of equipment?
A: No personally owned golf cars or equipment are not permitted on site due to liability and insurance policies.

Q: Can I decorate my rental golf car?
A: You may decorate the rental golf car as long as it does not damage the car. ALL decorations must be removed prior to the return.

Q: What if I damage my rental golf car?
A: You will be held responsible for any damage incurred during the rental. Please refer to the terms of the contract on the reservation form.

Q: Do I have to return the rental golf car with a full tank of gas?
A: The rental golf car must be returned with at least a quarter tank of fuel. If it is less than a quarter tank of fuel there will be a $20 fuel surcharge assessed.

Q: Where do I return my rental golf car to?
A: We will be accepting returns in the same location as pick-up. We are open for returns Saturday, May 29th. All cars must be returned between 11am to 6pm. If you need a ride back to your RV site, we can assist with that.

Q: What if I leave the event early? How do I return my golf car?
A: That is not an issue. You will call the mechanic on-site and he will meet you at the return location to check your car back in.
